Conscious Breathwork
Each online Conscious Breath session is a bespoke experience, designed to address the client’s personal challenges, whether they relate to anxiety, fear, despair, loneliness, or emotional overwhelm. Through guided conversation, we explore the issue at hand, its effects on daily life, and its deeper root causes. Using breath as a transformative tool, the session introduces tailored breathwork exercises that help regulate emotions, restore balance, and build resilience. Clients leave with practical techniques for daily practice and moments of need, empowering them to shift their emotional state and cultivate a sense of calm, clarity, and self-connection. Each session is a safe, supportive space to release, realign, and breathe into a greater sense of well-being.
Group Sessions
This structured yet adaptable class focuses on the power of Conscious Breathwork, providing practical tools for a specific theme chosen by the client or group—such as stress relief, focus, emotional balance, or sleep improvement. The session combines education, guided breathwork, and integration exercises, making it both informative and experiential.


Transformational Breath® Breathwork
Trauma, whether conscious or subconscious, is stored in the body as dense, low-frequency energy—often manifesting as tension, shallow breathing patterns, and emotional suppression. Transformational Breath® works by using conscious connected breathing to shift these imprints at an energetic level, allowing unresolved emotions to rise to the surface and be processed without re-traumatization.
This process aligns with the Law of Entrainment, a principle in physics that states a lower vibrational frequency will synchronize with a higher one when exposed to it consistently. In breathwork, as we breathe deeply, oxygenate the body, and engage in intentional awareness, we raise our internal frequency. When the dense, stored trauma energy is met with elevated states of love, joy, and deep presence, it begins to entrain to the higher frequency—transforming and releasing naturally.
